  • The prize of free ice cream for a year means 1 Fresh Pack (340gm tub) of ice cream every calendar month for 12 Months from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
  • The prize is only available for redemption at.the Baskin Robbins High Street store or Cineworld store at which the ice cream bought for the purposes of the entry was purchased and must be claimed from the same store every month.
    The competition will run from 00:00am on 5 April 2024 to 11:59pm on 19 May 2024.
  • Entrants can only be made by residents of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland over the age of 18 who have a valid public Instagram account.

Win Free Ice Cream for a Year: (Internal What Does This Mean)

  • Equates to x1 Fresh pack of Ice Cream (340gm), every month for 12 Months from the point of a winner being selected.
  • Fresh Pack of Ice Cream can be any flavours of the customers liking that is available in store at the time.
  • Free Ice Cream can only be redeemed at any Baskin Robbins High Street or Cineworld Store.

 

Full Terms & Conditions

  • The promoter is: Dunkin’ Brands (UK) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in England and Wales with company number 05680996 having our registered office at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London, England, EC1V 9EE.
  • The title of the competition is the Baskin Robbins UK Flavour Slam (the “Competition”)
    • To be in with a chance to win the Competition, entrants must:
      purchase a two-scoop ice cream from a Baskin Robbins High Street store or Cineworld store;
    • name the creation; and
    • post a photo of the creation on Instagram using the Required Hashtag (as defined below) and tagging the Required Account (as defined below) between the Opening Date and the Closing Date (as defined below).

 

How to Enter

  • The Competition will run from 00:00am on 5 April 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59pm on 19 May 2024 (the “Closing Date”).
  • All Competition entries must be posted on Instagram before the Closing Date. All Competition entries posted after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    • To enter the Competition:
      Post a picture of the purchased ice cream on your Instagram account, via a post on your feed with the name of your creation, the hashtag #BRUKFlavourslam (the “Required Hashtag”) and tag @baskinrobbins.uk (the “Required Account”).
    • The entry can be made by scanning the QR code at the point of sale a Baskin Robbins High Street or Cineworld Store or by entering the Instagram app, provided in each case the steps in paragraph 4.3.1 are complied with.
  • By submitting a Competition entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Competition entries will be judged by a panel of judges (including at least one independent judge) who will select four (4) of the best entries.

 

Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland Only, aged 18 years or over, except:
    • employees of the us or our holding or subsidiary companies;
    • employees of agents or suppliers of us or our holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
    • members of the immediate families or households of paragraphs 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above.
  • All entrants must hold a valid Instagram account.
  • We will only accept entrants with public Instagram accounts. No entries will be accepted from any private Instagram accounts or sent by Instagram direct message function. We will only accept entries posted on the main Instagram feed, any posts on Instagram stories will not be accepted as valid entries to this Competition.
  • We will not accept Competition entries that are automatically generated by any computer or created by artificial intelligence.
  • There is a limit of one entry to the Competition per person.

 

The Prize

  • The prize is free Ice cream for a year which means 1 Fresh Pack (340gm tub) of ice cream, per calendar month for 12 Months from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025, to be claimed in accordance with paragraph 8 below (the “Prize”).
  • The Prize can be any flavour of the customer’s liking that is available in the chosen Baskin Robbins High Street store or Cineworld store at the time of redemption.
  • There is only one Prize available.
  • Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Prize. We reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

 

The Winner

  • We will post pictures of the four best entries as selected by our panel of judges on the Required Account’s Instagram story for a period of 24 hours from 24th May 2024 with a corresponding poll.
  • The winner of our Instagram poll will be the winner of the Competition.
  • The winner will be announced 1 week after the Closing Date by an Instagram post (the “Announcement Date”) on the Required Account.
  • We will contact the winner personally via direct message on the Required Account used to enter the Competition, as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date.
  • We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 28 of days of the Announcement Date, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to the second highest scoring entrant in the poll.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the Prize.

 

Claiming the Prize

  • To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to the Instagram direct message we sent to them to confirm their acceptance of the Prize.
  • Upon claiming the Prize, the winner must confirm to us the address of the Baskin Robbins High Street store or Cineworld store at which the ice cream bought for the purposes of the entry was purchased.
  • We will provide you with the details you need to be able to redeem your Prize during the 12-month period as set out in paragraph 6.1 above.
  • The Prize can only be redeemed against the store at which the ice cream bought for the purposes of the entry was purchased. The Prize will not be redeemable at any other store.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, us, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Intellectual Property

  • You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, make your entry available on our website and in any other media (including our social media), whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the Competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the Competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

 

Data Protection

  • We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy – Baskin Robbins.

 

General

  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
  • We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize and/or Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
